The hotel of choice in Naples. Excellent value and peaceful place! Well stocked and large units with a balcony. A seating area, a study table and a radio available.

Very basic room.

The hotel was clean, I liked it. The location in a very nice area was unbeatable. The restaurant was nice and the staff were amazingly kind and excellent. I didn't want to leave and would definitely return here.

Some of the staff were very rude.

Comfy beds, dresser and round table in the room.

The location was particularly good and perfect, close to Brookside Marina...

Check the pool area early for cleanliness. It can get busy and messy as the day progresses.

I checked out after one night instead of planned four night stay and staff did the right thing and refunded my stay.

Room smelled very musty. No coffee pot, no hair dryer. Fridge made constant noise as did the a/c unit.

Nothing good, only men on reception.

Pleasant Surprise with Great Amenities

The cleanliness stood out, and the convenient pool access from our room. Check out the hot tub for some rejuvenation after a long day. Don't expect much coffee in the lobby-it's best to grab it early.

Noise insulation seemed sparse, and we had a noisy family next to us one night. Overall though, we would come back

The room was clean and spacious, with a nice poolside view. Compared to my last visit to naples, this hotel offered better amenities and a friendlier staff.

the hot tub wasn't working

That there was laundry facilities and restaurants near. Nice area, beautiful city.

No hair dryer in the room or iron and when I asked for one I was told they would bring me one and then they did not. Heater in the room did not work and emitted a foul odor when we turned it on.

Rooms are functional and in a good condition, good location within walking distance to the city center, heated pool, good value for money if that is your priority in overpriced Naples

The staff was awesome by accommodating a late check-out when we were waiting on a motorhome delivery. Their willingness to help. The hotel's garden view provided a nice touch for relaxation during our downtime.

The overall room design could benefit from a refresh.

Great hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry facilities. The staff even helped me with currency exchange during my first stay. I'll definitely return next year!
